'Sophisticated' tunnel found along Arizona border

NOGALES, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities in Arizona say they've found a 250-foot-long unfinished smuggling tunnel underneath the U.S.-Mexico border that has electricity, water pumps and ventilation.
